How secure is my account information?
All account information is stored on a server in secured datacenter. The server itself is kept up to date with all of the latest security patches, and the connection between you and the server is secured using industry standard SSL encryption.
What if I forget my account password?
You can click on the Forgot Password link below the sign-in box on the My Account page. You will be prompted to enter your account's email address. Instructions will be sent to that e-mail account on how to reset your password.
How do I update my account details?
To update your account details, you just need to login to the My Account section of the website. From there, click on the Account Update link, enter in the updated information, and press Update.
Ordering
What's your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot take back used items unless they are defective. Defective items are subject to the manufactures warrenty. For ANY return you must have your reciept of purchase.
How do I cancel an order?
If your order is currently pending or processing, then call us at (412) 343-6105. We will cancel your order and refund the total amount shown to you on the confirmation page of the checkout. If your order has already shipped, then it is subject to our normal return policy.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We currently accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa for online payments. Paypal and Electronic Checks are not accepted at this time.
How secure is the checkout process?
All of your personal information is transmitted to us via a secure connection encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes we do! Any school purchase order should be faxed in with the signature of the athletic director or powers that be. Pittsburgh Lacrosse reserves the right to review any purchase orders presented.
Shipping and Billing
I have a charge from you and haven't even received my order yet. What's going on?
We charge your credit card for the total amount shown on the confirmation page during the checkout immediately after you finalize your order. This is done as a security precaution as your credit card number is not stored on our site.
How much will shipping cost on my order?
You can use the shipping estimator in the shopping cart to calculate an estimated cost to ship your order. Your final shipping costs are shown on the confirmation page of the checkout.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Pittsburgh Lacrosse is NOT shipping outside of the US at this time. We must have a physical street address for ALL SHIPMENTS.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Pittsburgh Lacrosse is not shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Can you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Pittsburgh Lacrosse is not shipping to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
How often do you ship your packages?
We ship packages daily from Monday through Friday during a normal business week. Orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours once the order is processed. If any items in your order are on back order, we will do our best to notify you of the delay, and ship the packages seperately if possible.
